“I started taking Angie’s Pilates classes a few years ago. I was inspired by her positive attitude, her story, and let’s be real, her arms and shoulders are on point! Last year, I knew I needed to make some health changes. I contacted Angie and told her my biggest challenges were accountability and consistency.
